Head of the company is the real estate developer Andreas Herbig, born in Mainz in 1966. He found his passion for real estate thirty years ago. His competence was developed through sound training and many years of experience in leading positions in all sectors of the real estate business.
The passion as well as a good feel for real estate of the former student of industrial engineering was discovered by chance in 1988. Not being able to find a suitable accommodation at his place of study in Darmstadt, Andreas Herbig acquired an old building near the university and laid the foundation stone of his career.
At that time there were hardly any student flats available. The acquired building was modernised and lovingly renovated. It was then turned into a student residence. In 1989 he and 15 other students were able to move into the new accommodation. This first project was the initial spark.
The aim was to become a project developer in the future. The economic expertise as an industrial engineer had to be extended by relevant technical skills in the construction of real estate. In 1990, he started his studies of civil engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt as concurrent double studies, which he quickly and successfully completed as a graduate in industrial engineering and a graduate in civil engineering.
Various aspects of the construction industry were covered ranging from construction manager and surveyor, to project development as commercial project developer as well as project fund management.
In 1997 he founded his own real estate company, with which he is still very successful today as a real estate developer.
